Learning Lounge update - Cohort'07

Dear Cohort '07,

I hope you have all managed to log on to the new communication medium. A few queries have come up since Heath launched it to you last weekend.

1. To access the Learning Lounge please go to: http://learninglounge.ning.com/

2. If you are having difficulties accessing the Learning Lounge in school it may be that the firewall that prevents students to having access to certain site, is preventing access to this site. This is either managed by the school or the local authority. To rectify this, please email the IT network/ support manager inyour school giving then the address above and ask them to whitelist it in their filtering sytem. If they say that it is an LA issue, please can you email me on shirley.gaynor@future-leaders.org.uk

3. If you have not received an invitation please let us know but likewise, if you have, please sign up as soon as possible. As Heath mentioned at the weekend, the Blog will be decommissioned at the end of the month and it would be great to familiarise yourself with this new medium before then so that I can answer any queries or concerns that you may have.

I look forward to seeing you on the Learning Lounge.

Best wishes,

Shirley
